What's the age limit?+
AFTERGLOW is 18+ to enter, 21+ to drink. Valid government-issued ID is required at the door.
How do I receive my ticket?+
Tickets appear instantly in your AFTERGLOW account with a scannable QR code. You'll also get an SMS reminder day-of.
Can I transfer my ticket?+
Yes. In your account you can transfer any ticket to another guest until 6 PM on event day.
What's the refund policy?+
All sales are final. Tickets are transferable. If the event is cancelled, full refunds are issued automatically.
Is there re-entry?+
No re-entry once you leave the venue. Plan accordingly.
